the wedding season, good photographers and videographers need to be
booked at least two months in advance.

• Ensuring back-up arrangements.

• Giving both the photographer and the videographer a list of ceremonies to be covered, and the sequence of events. Catching the right moments on film is particularly important. Prior to every function, we ensure that the mood and style of the pictures and special effects, if any, are discussed with the two professionals. A list of priority shots for every ceremony is also prepared by our team of consultants, along with a list of important family members.

• Vigilant supervision is our prime concern, so that no faux pas occurs and no crucial shots are missed. Leave the coordination and supervision to us and
you will be saved from the embarrassment of having the bride and groom performing the repeat act of exchanging garlands or rings just for that missed camera shot!

• Coordination with videographer in terms of settings and editing, background music, backdrops,special effects, digital mixing, and lighting etc. The job of videotaping is both complex and expensive. Keeping in view the chaos, excitement, and constant movement and the number of people involved in the wedding ceremonies, it is imperative to work out all the details beforehand.

• Finally, we also undertake the tedious task of selection of photographs and albums, checking of proofs or raw footage as the case may be, and coordination in ordering pictures as well as videotapes.

• Suggestions on special effects in videotaping. Special effects in a videotape may include inclusion of music at appropriate moments,a brief narration of the family history, a visual of the family tree , showering of rose petals etc.

Rates

Assignment charges for photographers and videographers may vary according
to the time of the year, as will the cost of extra photos, special effects,
videotapes, etc from city to city.Typical rates are given below. However, please contact us for current rates.

Photographer:

Wedding Package

A wedding package usually includes shooting a minimum of 250-300 (6 roll) photographs, while each of the individual ceremony merit atlas 100 (3 roll) pictures respectively. On an average, a good photographer will charge Rs 20/-
to Rs35/- for a single 5"x7" photograph for the first print. The preferred size of
a wedding photograph is 5"x7".

The costs mentioned here are inclusive of the time spent on shooting, the film roll, developing, proofs, and prints.

Wedding Albums
• Costs range from Rs. 500 to Rs. 5000

Videographer:

• Assignment costs for videotaping the wedding ceremony, reception, and each of the other pre-event ceremonies ranges from Rs 1500 - 4500. (Inclusive of the videographer's time as well as that of the assistants, his equipment, and the cost of one videotape, dubbing and titling).

• Any additional tapes you require will cost Rs 200.

• Editing costs depend upon your personal requirements and the studio time required to incorporate the special effects.

• Approx. costs for Digital mixing - Rs 500 per hour Special effects - Rs 1000 per hour
